Individual, dyad and group supervision is available to those on the journey to full licensure as a therapist.

Graduate school interns have the opportunity to assist UnEarthed in various events and tasks to learn more about the ever evolving mental health field.

LPC Associate Supervision

    • Copy of Current Resume/Curriculum Vitae

    • Copy of Transcript

    • Copy of Score from National Counselor Exam (NCE)

    • Copy of Liability Insurance

    • Signed Supervisory Agreement Form

    • Licensing Paperwork to Send to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors

    • Masters degree in counseling through an accredited university along with the completion of all LPC Board required practicum and classes.

    • Satisfactory completion of the NCE and jurisprudence exam.

    • An application for LPC Licensure, documentation of practicum, and Supervisory Agreement Form sent to the Texas State Board of Examiners.
